What Women Want
Speaking Out
Against the Abuse of Power

With Ces Drilon

& a panel of women speakers

Including Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman
Moro Human Rights Centre
& women representatives from mass organizations

The speakers represent women who have stood up to and resisted the abuse of power by the Arroyo regime & the system of elite rule, from violation of press freedom & Moro women’s rights, including the recent massacre in Sulu, to the rights of women workers and others. The forum will also pose the question and discuss what constitutes a feminist perspective on the current political crisis.
