Dear Councilor Juico:
In behalf of the 38 NGO members of the Reproductive Health Advocacy Network (RHAN), I would like to extend our congratulations and sincere thanks for passing the reproductive health bill for the benefit of the citizens of Quezon City most specially women, children and young people. Quezon City is indeed fortunate to have a group of concerned council members whose vision of the future must necessarily include providing essential health services including reproductive health care to their constituents.
