Dear friends, this is an update to the ongoing fight on some Davao residents
against aerial spraying of toxic fungicides on them by Phil.

Banana Growers and Export Association (PBGEA).



The City of Davao enacted an ordinance protecting its people and banning
aerial spraying. But PBGEA challenged the ordinance. The Davao Court
upheld the Ordinance but PBGEA brought its case to the court of appeals
where it is now pending.



Sadly, the Court of Appeals allowed the spraying to go on while it takes
time to decide the case.
