PostSubject: Youth performers for the children's caravan   Thu Oct 23, 2008 4:49 pm

Warm greetings!

Youth performers for the children's caravan have been invited to do an advance performance during the Workshop and Policy Debate on Protecting Migrant Children and Children Left Behind on October 24, 2008, 9am to 12 pm.

Since this is the students' examination period and we know that it would be difficult to skip classes, we have asked them to volunteer for the performance.

In this light, we, (in consultation with the children), have decided to organize a rehearsal on October 23, 5pm at the ECPAT office. The children will be staying overningtht at ECPAT with an adult companion. So far, those who have expressed interest to join the presentation on October 24 are Akio and Shirley from BATIS, Ana from DAWN, Crystalline from Kanlungan and Christopher, Nielice and Jandry from ATIKHA. We have not had any confirmation from youth from KAKAMMPI.

May we request your permission and also ask you to coordinate with their parents/guardians their attendance in both the rehearsals and the actual performance on 24 October from 9am to 12 pm. Should there be any questions, please contact me at Asia ACTs office.

Thank you very much.

Respectfuly yours,

Vida Subingsubing
