This publication assesses the strength of the access to justice for victims of trafficking in Human beings and eventually whether they get compensated or not. This ODIHR/OSCE report analyses the right to justice in Albania, France, Moldova, Romania, The Russian Federation, Ukraine, the United Kingdom and the United States and how it is implemented.
