Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) - Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR). (2008). Compensation for Trafficked and Exploited Persons in the OSCE Region. 201 p. This publication assesses the strength of the access to justice for victims of trafficking in Human beings and eventually whether they get compensated or not. This ODIHR/OSCE report analyses the right to justice in Albania, France, Moldova, Romania, The Russian Federation, Ukraine, the United Kingdom and the United States and how it is implemented.
